Trying to think of the name of a movie...?

It was something I watched when i was really young, like 5, 6, 7 years
old, which would be in the 90s/early 2000s. I thought it was called
"Imagination", but I can't seem to find it. It was a compilation of
various animated scenes that really stretched your imagination. There
was a scene where all the utensils in a kitchen would start dancing,
then the next would be a zig-zag shaped dog running from the cops, and
then a scene where there were salt and pepper shakers doing something,
and a scene where two figures were flying in bi-planes. I know, crazy
random, but I'm looking back on it and it's so trippy, I have to watch
it again. It's a pretty obscure movie, and I doubt my detail here
made things any clearer, but if you have any idea what I'm referring
to, please help me out! Thanks!
