Sky Italia exits DTT race

Rupert Murdoch's Sky Italia satcaster has drawn from Italy's tender for digital terrestrial wavelengths, stating an excessively lengthy, convoluted procedure that favors incumbents -- including former pm Silvio Berlusconi's Mediaset TV group.
